# Academy Subscription

Academies can use Yuno for free or optionally upgrade to a paid plan with extra freatures

Yuno offers an **Academy Subscription** for organizations that have set up an academy on the platform. This subscription follows a **freemium model**, giving you flexibility to start for free and upgrade as your needs grow. Our free plan (called **Basic**) never expires so you can continue using it without ever upgrading.

### Plans

#### Basic (Free)

* Automatically applied when you create your academy.
* No fees—your academy can start running immediately.
* Ideal for organizations just starting out.

#### Plus (Paid)

* Unlocks additional features and tools to help you scale your academy.
* Flexible payment options: **monthly** or **annually** (with a discount for annual billing).

### Billing & Payments

* Payments are securely processed through **Razorpay**.
* Subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen billing cycle.
* You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
* If you cancel a Plus subscription, your academy will automatically be downgraded to the free Basic plan.

### Cancellation & Refund

* You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time through your billing settings.
* Upon cancellation, Plus features remain available until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
* At the end of the billing cycle, your subscription automatically downgrades to the Basic (free) plan.
* Payments already made are **non-refundable**, including for unused time or early cancellations. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
* No partial or prorated refunds are issued.
* Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, subject to verification.

### Managing Your Subscription

To upgrade or cancel your subscription:

1. Log into your Yuno account.
2. Navigate to **Organization Settings > Billing**.
3. Choose to upgrade to Plus or manage your current plan.

With Yuno’s Academy Subscription, you always have a free starting point and the option to grow into a more powerful plan as your academy expands.
