# Learners

Building and Managing Your Learner Network

The **Learners** section in the Yuno Learning dashboard is the central repository for every individual who interacts with your organization’s educational ecosystem. Unlike traditional databases that require manual data entry, the Learners list on Yuno is a dynamic, organic directory that grows automatically as users engage with your brand, courses, and events.

#### What is the Learners List?

In Yuno, the **Learners** page is a unified view of your entire student base. It captures the profiles of everyone who has shown interest in your offerings—whether they are active students, prospective leads, or one-time webinar attendees.

This list is built on the principle of **Automatic Inclusion**. There is no "Add Learner" button; instead, Yuno intelligently populates this list whenever a user performs a high-intent action related to your organization. This ensures your database is always up-to-date with real, engaged users without any administrative overhead.

#### Why is this Feature Important?

Think of your Learners list as your organization’s professional network, similar to a connection list on LinkedIn. The more your organization interacts on Yuno, the more valuable this asset becomes.

* **Building a Target Audience:** If you run an academy, this list represents your "warm" leads. For example, if you host a free webinar, every registrant is automatically added to your Learners list, providing you with a pre-qualified audience for future course promotions.
* **Marketing & Engagement:** Because these learners have already engaged with your academy, they are more likely to convert. You can leverage this list to promote new webinars or courses to drive enrollments.
* **Centralized Reporting:** Even if you do not run a full-scale academy, the Learners list is essential for oversight. It allows you to monitor enrollments, track attendance, and pull detailed reports on the progress of individuals associated with your organization.
* **Scalable Outreach:** As Yuno continues to evolve, this list serves as the foundation for built-in communication tools, such as bulk emailing and WhatsApp messaging, allowing for limitless engagement possibilities.

#### How to Access and Grow Your Learners List

**Navigation**

To view your database, log in to your Administrator dashboard and navigate to:

**Main LHS Menu > Learners**

**How Learners are Added**

A learner is automatically added to your organization’s list when any of the following triggers occur:

1. **App Sign-up:** A learner signs up through your organization’s white-labeled application (the Prasar app).
2. **Event Attendance:** A learner registers for or attends a webinar or a live class created by your organization.
3. **Lead Submission:** A learner submits a "demo request" or a lead form to an academy belonging to your organization.
4. **Course Enrollment:** A learner enrolls in any course offered by your academy.

**Leveraging the List**

While you cannot manually add a learner, you can actively grow your list by sharing your educational content. By using your own email or social channels to invite users to register for a webinar or a course on Yuno, you convert those external contacts into "Learners" within your Yuno ecosystem.

> **Note:** We are currently developing advanced engagement features directly within the Learners interface. Soon, you will be able to send bulk WhatsApp messages and emails to your Learners list to announce new offerings and updates.
