# Finding a Course

Find and enroll in instructor-led live courses to achieve your learning goals

### Searching for the right Course

#### Accessing Course Search

1. Log in to your Yuno learner account.
2. Navigate to the **Course Search** page from your dashboard menu or directly via the top navigation.

#### Filters and Search Options

The Course Search page provides several filters to help you narrow down results:

**1. Category**

* All categories are **predefined by Yuno**.
* Examples include: IELTS, Data Science, English Speaking, Artificial Intelligence.
* You cannot create custom categories for search purposes.

**2. Teaching Mode**

* Filter courses by how they are delivered:
  * **Online**
  * **In-person**
* Multiple modes can be selected together.

**3. Personalization**

* Filter by the type of class setting:
  * **Group classes**
  * **1-to-1 classes**

**4. Total Duration**

* Automatically calculated from the course settings.
* Shows the total length of the course (e.g., *Up to 24 weeks*).

**5. Price per Hour**

* Automatically calculated from the course's set price and total live class hours.
* Price is determined by the academy owner who published the course.

**6. "I'm Available"**

* Matches your chosen availability with the instructors’ availability for that course.

#### Understanding the Search Results

Each course result card includes:

* **Course Title** and **Subject Tag** (category)
* **Teaching Mode Badges** (Online / In-person)
* **Personalization Type** (Group / 1-to-1)
* **Duration and Live Class Hours**
* **Instructor Availability** (number of instructors who can teach the course)
* **Ratings** – automatically generated based on Yuno’s review system
* **Price** – set by the publishing academy owner, displayed with GST
* **Book a Demo Class** button – encouraged by Yuno, but not always available for every course

#### Viewing Course Details

To review a course in detail before enrolling:

1. Click the **Learn More** button on the course card.
2. This opens the course detail page, which includes:
   * Full description
   * List of available batches (required for enrollment)
   * Instructor profiles
   * Additional course content and policies

> **Note:** You cannot enroll directly from the search results page. You must first go to the course detail page and select the appropriate batch.

#### Best Practices When Searching

* Use the **Category**, **Teaching Mode**, and **Personalization** filters first to quickly narrow down relevant options.
* Compare courses not only on price but also on duration, instructor ratings, and delivery format.
* If a demo class is offered, consider booking it to ensure the course meets your needs.
* Keep a separate record of courses you’re interested in, as Yuno currently does not support saving or bookmarking searches.
