Enrolling in a Course

Once you've identified the right course follow the steps below to enroll confidently

1. Visit the Course Detail Page

  • Once you’ve narrowed down Courses in the search results, click Learn More to access its full details.

  • You’ll reach the Course detail page which highlights:

    • Title, description and activities in the course.

    • The price of the course.

    • How many hours of live instruction by a human instructor you'll get and how much of time commitment on your part is expected to complete the course.

    • Choice between group classes (if they’re available) or one-on-one. Academy owners usually price them differently, with group classes being less expensive.

    • Choice, in some cases, between in-person (near your location) or online (via a virtual classroom)


2. Select a Batch or Choose an Instructor

  • Go the the “Availability” section of the course and you’ll see all options: teaching mode (in-person or online) and personalization (group or one-to-one). To enroll in group classes, see if upcoming batches are listed and if so, you can enroll in any one of those. If not, get a free demo class and discuss batch options with the course provider.

  • To enroll in the course for one-to-one classes, look for the instructors who teach this course, check their availability and reach out to one you like. Ask for a demo class from any of the instructors.


3. Review Pricing & Cancellation Policy

  • Price for this course is listed inclusive of taxes.

  • Each course has its own refund and cancellation policy, mentioned on the course detail page.


4. Enroll and Pay

  1. After choosing a batch, click Enroll.

  2. If the course is paid, complete the transaction using Yuno’s secure payment gateway.

  3. Once successful, you’ll see an enrollment confirmation and receive an email with details. your instructor will also be notified.


5. Get Ready for Your First Class

  • Your instructor schedules classes for you and you’ll automatically be

  • Test your mic, camera, and internet connection.

  • Install required tools like Zoom or Google Meet, if needed.

  • Keep an eye on your email and in-app notifications for instructor updates or reminders.

FAQs on Enrollments

Do I have to attend a demo class before enrolling? No. Demo classes are optional, but they are a good way to interact with the instructor before committing.

Can I switch batches after enrolling? Some academies allow it, depending on availability and their policies. Always check the course’s specific terms.

What happens if the batch I enrolled in is cancelled? You’ll either be moved to the next available batch or refunded, as per the academy’s policy.

Can I change from group classes to 1-to-1 classes after enrollment? This depends on the academy. You may need to adjust payment if switching formats.

Are installment payments available for paid courses? Some academies allow up to 3 installments, but it depends on how the academy has set up the course.

How do I know my enrollment was successful? You’ll see the course under My Courses and get a confirmation email. Your instructor is also notified.

Can I enroll in more than one course at the same time? Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses, but check your availability to avoid schedule conflicts.

What if my payment fails? Try again or use a different method. If issues persist, contact support.

Is there a deadline to enroll in a batch? Yes. Enrollment closes once the batch starts or reaches capacity.

Can I enroll in more than one batch of the same course at the same time? If your enrollment is still active in a batch (of a course) — i.e. it's not ended yet — you cannot enroll in another batch of the same course. Once your enrollment has ended, you can enroll in another batch of the same course.
